These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the designerluxeco official online shop. Our store is designed exclusively for end consumers and not for resale or wholesale purposes.
The contract is concluded with DesignerLuxeco GmbH, headquartered at Maximilianstraße 88, 80539 Munich, Germany.
By displaying products in our online shop, designerluxeco makes a binding offer to enter into a sales contract for those items. Customers may add products to the shopping cart without obligation and make changes at any time prior to final submission using the correction tools provided during the checkout process.
The contract is finalized by clicking the “Confirm Order” button, which represents acceptance of our offer regarding the products in the shopping basket. Immediately after submission, customers will receive an automated order confirmation by email.
Please note: Personalized items (such as custom-made straps or monogrammed bags) require approximately 8–10 weeks for delivery. These items are excluded from cancellation or return policies.
Contracts may be concluded in English or German.
We store the text of the contract securely and provide order details as well as a copy of these Terms and Conditions by email. For security reasons, the complete contract text cannot be accessed online afterwards.

All goods remain the property of designerluxeco until full payment has been received.
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, customers are asked to report the issue to the carrier immediately and notify us without delay. Failure to do so will not affect your statutory rights but helps us pursue claims against the shipping company or insurance provider.
We are legally obliged to deliver goods that conform to the contract. Consumers’ statutory warranty rights apply according to the laws of their place of residence. Additional guarantees, if applicable, are specified next to the product description or on dedicated information pages.
Complaints may be submitted via the contact details listed in our supplier identification. If goods need to be returned for inspection, customers must use the provided return shipping label. We respond to all complaints within 14 days at the latest.
